Return
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt of the ordered goods without giving a reason. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Refund
As soon as we have received your return, you will receive confirmation of receipt of the goods. After your return has been checked, the amount will be automatically refunded to you. Depending on the payment method, the amount will either be transferred to your bank account or to your PayPal account. The refund will be made within approx. 14 days after receipt of the return. For this reason we ask you for a little patience.
